Prerequisite Rules
Loan Limit Maximum Upto Rs.300.00 Lacs.
Rate of Interest Attractive rate of Interest.
Interest Calculation Interest calculation on daily reducing balance.
Purpose To meet working capital Requirement of Business.
Security Hypothecation of Stock,Book Debts and Registered Mortgage of Immovable Property.
Guarantors Min Two Guarantors required.
Shares Contribution Shares @ 2.5% of Sanction Limit.
Charges Applicable as per chart CERSAI, Franking Charges, Property Valuation, Search & mortgage Fess as applicable.
Condition The turnover in cash credit a/c must be more than 5 time of sanctioned limit.
Processing Fess As per rate chart of Bank + applicable G.S.T
Documents Required
  1. Loan application
  2. PAN Card, Address Proof, latest Photograph, of the Applicant and Guarantors.
  3. All property Related Documents.
  4. In case of Businessman
  5. Proof of Business (Shop Act, Factory Act license, UdhyamAadhar, Registration certificate, Food & Drugs License etc. as per applicability)
  6. Last 3 years ITR, P& L A/c , Balance sheet (Audited)
  7. Last 6 months bank statement of business
  8. Project Report for Project Loan
  9. Insurance : Insurance cover of Stock, Shop, factory, Plant & Machinery, Furniture & Fixtures and Immovable Property as per bank’s policy
  10. Any other documents as required by the bank.
